Payment Options and Security
DZEN GROUP offers a variety of secure payment options, including Dankort, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and MobilePay. No fees are charged for card payments.
When is the amount charged? The amount for your order will only be charged from your account when the item is shipped. For Visa, Mastercard, and Visa Electron, the amount is temporarily reserved upon ordering.

Delivery
When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can track your package throughout the process.
How delivery works:
- Small Packages: For smaller packages, your order will be delivered by Aramex. You will receive a link in your email where you can track your package online.
